Honourable Idowu Ibikunle, lawmaker representing Yagba West State Constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly empowered his constituents with motorcycle tyre.
Hon. Idowu, the house minority leader was recorded handing one piece of tyre to some selected youths of his constituency. Although, it was not clear on why he choose motorcycles tyre as an empowerment.
The video obtained by Abacity.ng has garnered mixed reactions online, as netizens criticised the lawmaker for sharing motorcycle tyre.
