Blue View Estate Aba: Developers Urged To Get Affordable Land
Marketers of Blue View Estate, Osisioma Aba have called on interested developers and investors in Real Estate to grab the opportunity available as selling of land has commenced on the yet to be developed Estate.
The site of the the Estate which is located within the Osisioma Township, a few meters away from the Osisioma Flyover and adjacent the popular Aba Mega Mall, is said to be the only available and possible site that can guarantee any buyer an urban setting within Aba.
Mr. Kanu Ochiabuto, Managing Director of Hallen Nigeria LTD, the lead marketer of the land within the Estate, said that the land is currently selling for N18 million for a plot of 500 metres square, which he said is the cheapest anyone can get considering the location of the site.
“You can hardly get any land around here at N18 million. Majority of people around this axis are selling for N20 million and N30 million, but for a start, we’re going for N18 million. However, by December, we’ll be moving to N20 million.”
Mr Kanu also said that the site is not those type of places where anyone will come around to harass buyers in the name of any group at all, stressing that such matters cannot arise as the site is well protected by all necessary laws of ownership.

Our correspondent while touring around the site reports that it has a spacious access road, with quiet neigbouring gradually springing up even beyond the location of the site.
