Lady dies of Kidney Disease after Husband pulls her Out of Hospital to Church for Divine Healing

A Nigerian lady, Joyce Ifunayachukwu Ekeh has died of kidney failure after her husband had pulled her out of the hospital to Church for divine healing.

The husband, instead of making use of the funds that was donated for his wife’s kidney problem pulled her from the hospital and took her to his Pastor to pray for a divine healing.

Social media activist, Serah Ibrahim who shared the post on her official X account, said the newly married Joyce, who was barely six months into her marriage developed the kidney problem due to complications from pregnancy.

She was supposed to raise a sum of N36 million for her kidney transplant and her account was shared on social media for crowdfunding, spearheaded by Serah and other Nigerians, but unfortunately, the husband allegedly diverted the funds from her wife’s account to his personal account and pull her out from the hospital to Church.

“Sadly we lost Joyce today.”

“The money we were donating was taken by her husband into his personal account while he took her out from the hospital and took her to a CHURCH where the pastor said they can deliver her. They took her from the hospital to a f**king Church and were praying and giving her Agbo, for KIDNEY PROBLEM,” Serah posted on X.

According to Serah, Joyce literally on told her husband while in the church that she was not feeling okay and was getting worse, instead her husband and the pastor claimed she has been healed and was getting better.

“She literally said she was not okay and was getting worse while her husband and the pastor were claiming she has been healed and was getting better.”

She however, noted that the case will be reported to the police for proper investigation.
