A Federal House of Representatives member representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Oyo State., Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin has been recorded fumbling to simply say he move a motion.
The mid drama happened when the lawmaker had raised a motion, which he received a response from the speaker, and he was asked to rescind his motion to get the floor going.
In an attempt to rescind his motion, Hon. Agboworin, in a live section covered by TVC News was seen fumbling to say, ‘I move to rescind the resolution of the first motion I made’
He was fumbling and mumbling some words, even after the Mr. Speaker, Tajudeen Abbas, intervened and corrected him on the right words to use, the lawmaker kept on fumbling.
