Five people confirmed Dead after eating from a poisoned pot of Pepersoup prepared by friend’s ex-girlfriend
Auchi, Edo State recorded a tragic incident yesterday as four male and one female was confirmed dead after eating from a poisoned pot of pepersoup.
According to multiple reports, a man had invited his ex-girlfriend to come over to his place and make a pepersoup for him and his friends not knowing his ex allegedly has something in mind.
The ex had prepared the pot of pepersoup and allegedly added poison in it, which she left immediately she’s done with the cooking, the ex-boyfriend and his friends ate from the pepersoup and died after.
Edo State Police Command had visited the scene and took the corpse to the morgue for proper investigation.
Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports said the community later apprehended the suspect and handed her over to the police.
Four male and one female was seen lying lifelessly at the scene after they have all ate from the pot.
