Abia Police Raids criminal hideout In Aba, Recover 6 stolen Vehicles

The operatives of the Rapid Response Squad, RRS,  Abia State Command on 20th of January, 2025 raided a criminal hideout in Aba and recovered six stolen vehicles.

During the intelligence-led sting operations, according to DSP Maureen Chioma Chinaka, the Abia State Police Command PRO, the operatives raided a criminal hideout in Uratta, Aba, where six vehicles were recovered.

The Police PRO said the vehicles were mostly snatched at gunpoint, adding that suspects were tracked, arrested, and investigations are ongoing to apprehend other fleeing suspects.

The Police , however, called on the owners of the vehicles to come with valid documents related to the vehicles at the Command Headquarters for authentication and reclaiming.
