The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders, COSEYL, the apex sociopolitical youth group in the South East zone has extended a warmest congratulations to His Excellency, Distinguish Senator Orji Uzor Kalu on his well-deserved appointment as the Senate Committee Chairman of South East Development Commission, SEDC.
