VIDEO: SJ Fitness hosts Aba Fit Battle, rewards participants for lifting weights
SJ Fitness on Monday, May 5th held its first ever open fitness battle in Aba, titled “Aba Fit Battle”.
The fitness battle held in Aba was sponsored by Sir Justine, an Aba born prominent businessman. Participants who came first, second and third positions were rewarded with cash prizes ranging from N500k to N1.2M
“The 20M Naira Fitness Battle was nothing short of epic — strength, sweat, and serious dedication. You all made it unforgettable! “This wasn’t just about competition — it was about health, growth, and pushing limits.” Sir Justine said.
He said Aba Fit Battle was not for a particular gender as both male and female weight lifters participated in the challenge. Sir Justine, added that more participants are expected to join the challenge and win prizes when the registration opens.
Speaking on the success of the fitness battle, Sir Justine said the challenge was not just about lifting weights, but a means to raised an awareness about the power of regular movement and how vital it is for long-term health and wellness.
“Our recent Fitness Battle Challenge was a huge success with incredible energy, commitment, and transformation from everyone who participated. Together, we didn’t just push limits we raised awareness about the power of regular movement and how vital it is for long-term health and wellness.”
He added that the fit battle may have started from Aba, however, the idea is to take it nationwide.
“We’re taking this nationwide! The next Fitness Battle Challenge will include other states across Nigeria, bringing the heat, the health awareness, and the community spirit everywhere we go.”
