VIDEO: Child Traffickers Caught In Rivers State, Confesses Selling Children For N800k
Child traffickers caught by the Nigeria Police Force, Rivers State command has confessed selling the children for eight hundred thousand Naira (N800,000).
In a video obtained by AbaCityBlog News, the traffickers numbering four were apprehended in Oyigbo, Rivers State on Tuesday after being trailed by the Police.
“These are the people behind child trafficking in Oyigbo, Rivers State, we caught them today at Oyigbo and found in their possession a child they wanted to sell”, the police officer behind the video said. “We have been trailing them for two days after our investigation, they are four in numbers, two boys, two girls”
They specialize in trafficking children and sold them for N800k per child.
In the video, the men were tied by the hands to their back, while the female suspects were not shown in the video.
Also, the child caught in their possession hails from Akwa Ibom State, according to the police, they were planning to sell the child for N800k.
