The women of Eha-Amufu, Isi-Uzo LGA, Enugu State staged a protest today at the council square over the incessant killing of their men and constant rape by the Fulani Herdsmen.
The protesting women call on Enugu state government led by Governor Peter Mbah to intervene and end the atrocious activities of the marauding herdsmen.
In a video obtained by abacity.ng – the narrator, a lady said the Isi-Uzo women has suffered so much in the hands of the Fulani Herdsmen, she added that the women no longer go to the farm because of the constant rape and killings by the herdsmen.
The lady stressed that it’s no longer acceptable, as the herdsmen rape their women, kill their men and use sticks to insert into the women’s private parts after raping them.
Abacity.ng reports that Isi-Uzo, Uzo Uwani all in Enugu State has experienced the atrocious activities of the Fulani Herdsmen. Their activities has led to lost of lives and properties.
Every government effort to curtail the killings seems to be unfruitful as the atrocious activities continues.
