A lady has showcased the process of making palmwine from home and it has raised the question if what we buy is actually a natural palmwine.
In a video obtained by abacity.ng, the lady recorded herself while making the palmwine from scratch. At the end, she asked the question if this does not look like a palmwine, urging people to be wary of what they buy.
She, although, said it taste like a palmwine and it’s not harmful to the body.
The Ingredients
Mixing the ingredients that makes the palmwine, the lady brought out yeast and sugar, noting that both are the only ingredients needed to make a palmwine from home.
She added that a friend had introduced the process to her and she tried it, it worked perfectly.
On the mixture, the lady pour two teaspoons of yeast and one big spoon of sugar into a lookwarm water which she already poured into a bowl.
She turned the ingredients which contained yeast and sugar till both dissolve in the water and she left it for 24hrs and it got fermented and there you got your palmwine.
