Socialite, Pascal Okechukwu popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest has been dragged on social media by Nigerians following his viral photo.

Chiefpriest alongside Afrobeat star Davido had visited Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Speaker of the House of Representative, Tajudeen Abbas, discussing music’s unifying power and its potential to inspire the nation.

During the visit, Chiefpriest was pictured kneeling before the Vice President, Kashim Shettima. The photo which had gone viral has caused so much buzz on social media as many are mocking the socialite for what they described as an act of sycophant.
An X user, Harrison A captioned the photo, “kneeling na water”, a word coined by Chiefpriest that says “money na water”
Another user, Dera, says people who desperately wants to be on good book of everyone should be feared.
“Fear people who are desperate to be on everyone’s good side”
Meanwhile, another X user, Ferdy subtly asserted that Chiefpriest is showing people the way he made his money.
“Money na water” is showing y’all the way to the money. You have to grovel, scrape and scramble on your knees before your fellow man.”
